"AKRG School Website Project"

The AKRG School Website Project is a dynamic and responsive web application designed to serve as an online platform for AKRG School. The website provides comprehensive information to students, parents, staff, and prospective enrollees. It aims to enhance the school's digital presence and streamline communication between the school and the community.

The main goal of this project is to create an engaging and user-friendly website that highlights the school's academic programs, infrastructure, faculty, events, and achievements while also enabling essential online functionalities such as admissions, announcements, and contact forms.

The Challenge Of Project

During the development of the AKRG School Website, several challenges were encountered across different stages of the project. One of the initial hurdles was gathering and understanding the specific requirements of various stakeholders, including students, parents, and school staff. Deciding on the website’s structure and ensuring that all essential sections—such as academics, admissions, gallery, and announcements—were included required careful planning. Designing a visually appealing yet functional user interface that worked well across different devices presented another challenge, particularly in maintaining responsiveness and layout consistency.

Process & Results

To develop the AKRG School Website, I followed a structured development lifecycle starting with requirement gathering. I interacted with school staff and reviewed existing materials to understand the needs of students, parents, and teachers. Based on this, I created a sitemap and wireframes to plan out the structure and layout of the website. During the design phase, I focused on creating a clean, responsive, and user-friendly interface using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with Bootstrap to ensure cross-device compatibility.

"AKRG Pharmacy Website Project"

AKRG Pharmacy Website as a comprehensive and responsive digital platform for AKRG College of Pharmacy. The main objective of the project was to establish a strong online presence for the institution and provide a centralized portal for students, faculty, and prospective applicants to access relevant academic and administrative information.

The website features a clean and modern user interface with dedicated sections such as Home, About Us, Academics, Admissions, Infrastructure, Faculty, Gallery, News & Announcements, and Contact Us. The "Academics" section outlines the pharmacy courses offered, while the "Admissions" page guides prospective students through the eligibility criteria and application process. A dynamic "News & Announcements" section was included to keep stakeholders updated with the latest campus events, circulars, and academic notices.

The Challenge Of Project

While developing the AKRG Pharmacy Website, our team encountered several challenges that required thoughtful planning and problem-solving. One of the primary challenges was gathering complete and accurate content from various departments of the college. Coordinating with faculty and administrative staff to collect information such as course details, faculty profiles, infrastructure descriptions, and updated announcements took more time than anticipated.

Process & Results

The development of the AKRG Pharmacy Website followed a structured and collaborative process to ensure that the final product aligned with the client’s expectations.Once the layout was approved, we moved into the UI/UX design and development phase, focusing on creating a clean, professional, and responsive interface. The front end was built using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap, which allowed us to ensure the site worked seamlessly across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

“Digital Launchpad: Building the Online Presence from Scratch”

“Digital Launchpad” is a full-scale digital marketing project focused on establishing a startup’s online presence from the ground up. This project was designed to help a new business enter the digital space, create brand awareness, attract initial customers, and lay the foundation for future marketing efforts.

To create a strong and cohesive digital identity for the business by launching its website, social media, and branding—while ensuring the brand is discoverable, trustworthy, and engaging for its target audience.

The Challenge Of Project

During the "Digital Launchpad" project, several challenges emerged while building the startup’s online presence from the ground up. One of the initial hurdles was the complete absence of brand identity—there was no logo, defined color palette, or tone of voice, which made it difficult to create cohesive digital assets. With limited budget and resources, the project relied heavily on free tools and platforms, which restricted some design and SEO capabilities. Another significant challenge was the lack of a technical team, making it essential to develop a functional, responsive website without any coding support.

Process & Results

To build the online presence from scratch, I followed a structured, phased approach. I began by conducting a discovery session with the client to understand their target audience, brand vision, and core services.Next, I built a fully responsive and SEO-friendly website using WordPress. I structured the website with key pages—Home, About, Services, Blog, and Contact—and added essential features like a contact form, live chat, Google Maps integration, and responsive design for mobile.

"Fleeto – Great for Fleet-Based and Multi-Car Services"

Fleeto is a comprehensive mobile application developed for Coading Saints, a Bangalore-based startup focused on providing tech-driven solutions for fleet owners, car rental businesses, and multi-vehicle service providers. The aim of the project was to create a centralized digital platform that allows users to manage multiple vehicles efficiently—covering scheduling, tracking, service history, fuel logs, and driver coordination.

The app was envisioned as a one-stop solution to digitalize operations that are often manual or fragmented, improving fleet visibility, reducing operational costs, and enabling data-driven decisions. It was built with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and real-time performance tracking for B2B clients in the automotive sector.

The Challenge Of Project

The Fleeto project presented a unique set of challenges. One of the primary hurdles was understanding diverse fleet management needs, as different clients used different service models (rental, logistics, maintenance). Designing a flexible backend architecture that could support all scenarios was complex.Another challenge was ensuring real-time data syncing and performance. The app needed to handle real-time updates for vehicle status, service logs, and driver movements.

Process & Results

The project delivered strong results within the first month of launch. Fleeto successfully onboarded multiple fleet-based clients and began managing over 500 active vehicles. The app significantly improved operational efficiency, with clients reporting a 35% reduction in manual service tracking errors and a 40% increase in task efficiency for fleet managers. Real-time visibility into vehicle status, driver assignments, and maintenance schedules streamlined daily operations.
